FSSL uses today’s latest technology and equipment to provide clients with accurate locates and an updated drawing for any immediate ground disturbance.

All EUB and title searches in or around the designated work area will be performed and available to the client on site. All final locates will be marked on site using a series of stakes, colored survey tape or colored wire flags. The under ground utilities are then surveyed using GPS equipment.

A sketch of the area scanned will be drawn on site showing the buried utilities and any physical features above ground. This documentation will be presented to the client. A drafted plan can be provided to the client, if requested.
