Extraction of features from the LiDAR data is done using Fugro’s proprietary FLIP7 software package. Features such as power transmission lines (including wires, towers and attachment points), rail tracks, buildings, roads and break lines can all be extracted from the LiDAR data and produced in many different CAD, GIS and engineering application formats.
