Employees of FUGRO SESL are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the safety program. Senior management, the company safety coordinator and supervisors are responsible for identifying safety needs, supplying safety equipment, communicating safety hazards, investigating hazardous conditions and accidents by providing appropriate training.

Employees and contractors who knowingly violate safety rules and safe work practices may face disciplinary actions, dismissal or legal action.

All FUGRO SESL employees and others on company worksites are responsible for obeying all safety rules and safe work practices, following all government safety regulations, wearing personal protective equipment, participating in safety training programs and informing supervisors of any unsafe work conditions.
